Located in Norcross, Georgia, this single story facility houses
offices, including executive offices, accounting, IT, operations,
sales, marketing, conference rooms
a call center with over 500 employees.
Catter Enterprises provided services including space planning and
interior design, pricing drawings, construction drawings, and finish
selections.
"When we negotiated the lease for a 70,000 square foot project we had to line up an interior designer. Knowing how difficult this project would be and the time constraints we were given we turned to Catter Enterprises who had done several successful projects in the past for us and had always come through. At the time we were very shorthanded due to permitting issues on the shell and several other projects wrapping up. This left Sharon to fend for herself at many of the design meetings. Throughout all this Sharon did an excellent job of keeping the project on budget yet still achieving a great look that we are constantly getting complimented on from both the tenant and others that see it. Between seven redesigns before permitting and two major redesigns affecting nearly a third of the building after construction had started due to changing client needs she kept her cool and made sure the project was held up as little as possible.
